We process your order or email your tests within 48 hours of payment. You will receive your shipment within 2-4 days. No shipping after 3:00pm Mountain time Fridays through Sunday. Orders made after 3:00pm Mountain time on Friday will be shipped on Monday. We are closed Sat. and Sun. We only ship PRIORITY MAIL (2-4 DAYS) the cost is $8.95. Once our package is in the mail we can not be responsible for the US Mail Department delivery system. It could take more then 4 days, we can't control that, so take that into consideration if you are one a short time frame.

For a refund less shipping, return the video by the post mark date on your enclosed receipt (about 5 to 7 days). There is NO refunds on the practice tests.
We do not give the state test or have applications for the state test or teach the C.N.A class online. For information on taking your states C.N.A license test click on https://www.ncsbn.org/08_NA_Registry.pdf Find your state and call them. They will tell you what to do.
Massachusetts uses the American Red Cross as their test agency. Our video show most of the skills you could have on your test. The way we demonstrate the skills may be different from the way you were taught in your classroom but they are preformed correct according to RN standards. All resident's rights and universal precautions, etc. are followed correctaly.
